Allows each development to have its own bespoke webpage, crammed full of information and news specific to you and your building or offices. Each tenant, landlord or director will be able to login, report and view any maintenance issues and track them from first report to completion in real-time, view demands, upload photos, communicate and share information with neighbours, all whilst maintaining privacy.

Inspections and Maintenance

We carry out regular inspections to ensure your building or estate is up to scratch and that any needed repairs are recorded and carried out. Whilst on site, we will check previous works have been completed to the highest of standards. Our on-site presence allows for good communication with the residents and added piece of mind they are being looked after. If needed, surveyors will produce comprehensive specifications and make sure works are carried out to our high standards.


Cyclical Maintenance

We will put together a considered long term maintenance plan to assist with further major and planned works. This will enable the correct funding to be collected for those works in advance, helping avoid residents being asked to pay out large sums of money in one go. This is providing your lease allows for the collection of reserve or sinking funds.


24 Hour Callout

Each development will be given a dedicated telephone number to call during out of office hours, should there be an emergency. We understand issues sometimes occur when you least expect it.


Service Charge Budgeting

All service charge budgets are drafted and put to the residents prior to being finalised. This allows for transparency throughout. Budgets are constantly monitored, while we regularly review and negotiate our prices with contractors.


Rent and Service Charge Collection

Collection of both rent and Service Charge are covered in our packages. We use the latest cloud based accounts systems, in turn assists us with constant up to date information. Client monies are reconciled and protected in dedicated ring fenced accounts.


Debt Recovery

Sometimes tenants fall behind, or need reminding that Service Charges or Rents haven’t been paid. Our process ensures that reminders are sent to schedule and outstanding monies are recovered swiftly with and extra charges being passed directly to the debtor.


Client Meetings

Communication is the key to a harmonious development. We will attend AGMs and Directors meetings to discuss wants and needs of the property.
