By far the best managing agents I have come across.
My experience of having Prime Facilities Management as our managing agent has been outstanding!
The level of care is exceptional, and Ian as MD has done an amazing job.
From first owning a property in my block of flats, it had an exceedingly high service charge. Since PFM have taken over, our costs have reduced by half and have stabilised over the past 4 years.
They are very efficient, on-site at least twice a week and any queries are answered within a day
