I just wanted to say a big thank you from me and the residents of Fawkon Walk as a whole for managing the development so efficiently and for keeping our costs to a minimum. I know I have kept you on a tight rein but after the grief we endured for many years under those crooks AGL it is so refreshing to see the real costs coming in so far under budget and I’m sure everyone will be pleased to see their costs reducing.
